Hi,

I am creating a markown editor based on scintilla. I've seen that Scite has already some helpers class which are really useful. Can I use them in a commercial app?

Thanks and regards,

FM

Did you read the license?

Hi,

Yes, I read it but I was confused by the "with our fee". As I am not a
native English speaker, I would like to be sure about my understanding.

Thanks and regards,

Ah sorry, I didn't notice the subtlety at first. I think it means "you
don't have to pay anything" as opposed to "you can't charge anyone". Of
course I'm not a lawyer...

That's not "with our fee", but "without fee", ie. with no fee at all!

Most of the license basically means: "Do whatever you want with it, as long as you credit
us, but don't sue us if your application breaks in any way."
