Generic dwellend message

Hi,

I need a way to send a dwell-end message from user code to cancel
call-tips, debugger expression evaluation, etc.

Hm, I can't find a generic dwell-end message.
Does something like this exists?
Would you accept patches for it if there isn't such API/message?
I need this because in Code::Blocks we have several different dwell
related features - calltip, debugger expression evaluation, dictionary
tips in the comments and anything else a plugin wants to show. So I
can't really be sure what to cancel or at least it will be a lot
harder for me to do it.
